Agri Twist shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Changes to Project Specifications

Any changes requested by the customer after approval of the quotation, drawings, or project specifications may result in additional costs and changes to the project timeline.

Such changes shall be implemented only after confirmation by Agri Twist and, where applicable, payment of the additional amount.

10. Government Subsidy and Financial Assistance

Agri Twist may assist customers with documentation and processes related to government subsidy schemes, agricultural schemes, bank finance, or other financial assistance.

However:

• Agri Twist does not guarantee approval, sanction, release, or payment of any government subsidy, loan, grant, or financial assistance.
• Approval and payment are subject to the rules, eligibility requirements, inspections, documentation, budget availability, and decisions of the relevant government department, financial institution, or competent authority.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and genuine documents and information.

Agri Twist shall not be responsible for rejection, reduction, delay, or non-payment of subsidy or financial assistance caused by:
